*Both brands are cruelty-free according to Ethical Elephant. Makeup Maven, Kimberly, says: Kat Von D's Lock-It Edge Concealer Brush and Real Techniques Concealer Brush are not quite the same. The biggest difference is that Kat Von D's bristles are very dense, and have an intense, sharp edge on the bristles. Real Techniques brush on the other hand is less dense with a more rounded top. In terms of coverage, both products worked beautifully. As a girl with blemishes, I found that the rounded, softer Real Techniques brush was a lot easier to cover my problem areas. However, if you are looking to do sharp contouring, Kat Von D's Lock It Edge Concealer Brush is the better way to go
CONCLUSION Noticeable differences.
