Brandefy Review

The ABH palette is $42 and Bad Habit Beauty is $10. BHB has purposefully developed a product to reproduce this ABH palette at a much cheaper price point for consumers. The shadow colors are great matches for each other throughout the palettes, with one exception - 'darkside' in the Luna palette is much redder toned than the brown shade it is meant to mimic in the Norvina palette (which is 'passion'). The notable differences in the palettes come in the finishes of some of the shades - the Norvina palette does win out on three of the shimmery, foiled shades ('wild child,' 'celestial,' and 'drama') being more iridescent and metallic looking on the eye. However, the Luna palette has some nicer matte shades, notably 'aphelion,' 'mane,' and 'waxing,' which were more pigmented and easier to blend than the more expensive comparable shades. For us, the Luna palette really impressive and a great deal.

I have all of the Anastasia palettes, and I also have all of the Bad Habit dupes. If you can afford it, definitely get the ABH ones. However, if you are on a budget, the quality of the Bad Habit palettes fat exceeds what I expected for the price!

I have palettes from both companies and although I feel like ABH is better Bad Habit is just as good. If you don’t have the $ to splurge on ABH - why do it? Just go with Bad Habit.
